WELCOME TO YOUR DONE IN 20 WORKOUT PROGRAM!

My name is Luisa Curia and I am the CEO & FOUNDER of STRONGER WITH LUISA, an online platform that focuses on strengthening both your mind and body through exercise.


In 2020 when the world closed down, I was challenged to find another way to not only personally work out, but to help my clients do the same. So, I started to train online.


And thus, Stronger with Luisa was born.


Where for 20 minutes a day, I help people push themselves and show up for themselves. See exactly what they are capable of, and get stronger with each exercise routine.


I want to not only help everyone boost their strength and their endurance, but their self confidence. For me, fitness has always been more about the mental health aspect, than about looking in the mirror.


The DONE IN 20 program will allow you to push your limits and get real results in only 20MINS a day! Each workout is done in a sequential order, with 2 break days. It is my personal belief that we can transform both our bodies and our lives by setting aside less than 1% of our day for ourselves.
