Try to keep your movements smooth, gently firm and connected to the skin as you flow around with the bone structure.

Rolling across the face or diagonally from up to lower points and in circular or curving across the cheeks and eye / brow bone structure.

If you can, always finish a movement at the outside of the face or to a downward stroke to continue supporting the drainage of toxins and the lymph fluids.

Consejo: Wrap your roller in a Mayella Fibre Cloth and place it in the fridge for 20-30 mins to cool down and then give yourself a “cryro” facial to revitalise and invigorate tired skin.
