1. Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping rates vary based on your location and delivered through Australia Post.
International Shipping: We currently ship to international destinations via Australia Post Parcel Post. This carrier allows us to keep our postage fees low. If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us directly for a quote. Please note that delivery times fluctuate and vary by country, and customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes. Currently, we see shipments to the United States and Canada averaging 7-10 business days.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Returns: We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at connect@lifefxlivingwater.com with your order number.
Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product, credited back to your original payment method.
