Eligibility

By ordering from Ride E Now LLC you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and a resident of the United States. You agree to use Ride E Now products exclusively for off-road purposes unless otherwise specified by state regulations.
Orders & Payments

We use Stripe and Coinbase for secure payment processing. By placing an order from Ride E Now LLC or via Shoply marketplace, you agree to the terms and conditions of these payment processors. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.

Order Confirmation

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will include details about your order, including shipping information and expected delivery dates.

Order Cancellations

A 3% cancellation fee will be incurred if you choose to cancel the order after it has been finalized. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Ride E Now products are designed for off-road use. By purchasing our products, you agree to use them in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You acknowledge that misuse of these products may result in injury or damage, and Ride E Now LLC will not be held liable for any such incidents.
