1. Scope
The following terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships of the company Silver-Lining Solution, in particular those carried out through our online store at www.silver-lining.solutions. These terms and conditions also apply to all future matters between the contracting parties.

2. Contractual partner
The purchase agreement is concluded with Silver-Lining Solution.

3. Conclusion of the contract
3.1. The presentation of the products in the Silver-Lining Solution online store is not a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order.
3.2. By clicking on the [Buy / order for a fee] button, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receipt of your order.

4. Right of withdrawal
4.1. If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or independent professional activity), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the legal provisions.
4.2. If you as a consumer make use of your right of withdrawal in accordance with paragraph 4.1, the regular costs of returning will be for your account.
4.3. In addition, the following rules apply to the right of withdrawal (Cancellation Policy). You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send Silver-Lining Solutions, an E-mail to info@silver-lining.solutions by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal by e-mail.
In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund the payments we have received from you (excluding delivery costs) after we have received the notification of your withdrawal from this agreement, within fourteen days of receiving the relevant goods from you.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, in good condition, and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this agreement. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. We may refuse a refund until we have received the goods back.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; Under no circumstances will any costs be charged for this refund.

6. Delivery

7. Payment
7.1. You can pay in advance or cash on delivery.
7.2. If you choose the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods upon receipt of payment.
