How to make the perfect brew:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

For either of the below methods, it\u2019s best to boil water and let it sit for 2-3 minutes before pouring. This allows the water to cool off the boil so it doesn\u2019t scald the tea. Approximately 70\u00b0C is the best temperature to avoid overheating the enzymes and naturally high levels of antioxidants in matcha.<\/p>\n

To prepare a tea:<\/strong>
\nAdd 2-3 grams powdered Mayella Meta Matcha \u2122 to a\u00a0cup or teapot of hot water, stir in well. Add honey or a slice of lemon if desired.<\/p>\n

As a matcha latte:<\/strong>
\nAdd 2-3 grams powdered Meta Matcha\u00a0\u2122\u00a0to 1\/4 cup hot water and mix in well. Heat your favourite milk (or froth if desired) and pour it into the matcha and water mix.
